<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN><SPAN>The TWDB Projections and Socioeconomic Analysis team developed this layer in 2021 using county polygons from the U.S. Census Bureau TIGER geodatabase along with RWPA boundaries and major river basins from the TWDB website. Where RWPA and county boundaries are contiguous, the RWPA boundaries were aligned to the Census TIGER County boundary. Gaps, slivers, and overlaps created by intersecting the major river basins were analyzed using ESRI topology tools and corrected so that only RCB with associated planning data remain in the final layer. </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P></DIV></DIV></DIV> |
